Job Summary

You will coordinate shipment bookings and manage export documentation to ensure smooth transport and delivery of goods for customers and agents.

Responsibilities

• Book shipments with carriers and coordinate schedules with colanders to meet customer requirements
• Arrange transport and fumigation services for customers and agents to comply with regulations and ensure cargo safety
• Prepare accurate Bills of Lading to document shipment details for export processes
• Declare export permits and prepare Certificates of Origin when required to meet customs regulations
• Send pre-alert notifications to destination offices and agents to facilitate timely cargo handling
• Review job costing for each file handled to ensure profitability and prevent losses
• Scan and file shipping documents into the Kendox Archive system for record keeping and easy retrieval
• Manage assigned shipping lanes as directed by supervisors to maintain operational efficiency
• Provide quotations to agents to support sales and customer service activities
• Arrange shipping documentation, clearances, shipping modes, delivery tracking, and notifications to ensure end-to-end shipment visibility
• Perform additional duties as assigned by company management to support business needs
