Job Summary:

We seek a reliable Admin Operations Specialist to manage office tasks, coordinate logistics, and support our sales and operations teams. This role involves handling paperwork, basic inventory, and general office management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

•Organize documents and accurately enter data.

•Manage purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

•Prepare reports, memos, and letters.

•Support sales and operations with administrative tasks.

•Coordinate logistics documentation with partners.

•Track basic inventory levels.

•Use MS Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), email, and cloud sharing.

Requirements:

•GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Admin/Logistics.

•1-2 years admin experience.

•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

•Familiarity with email and cloud platforms.

•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

•Good written and verbal English communication.

•Attention to detail.

•Ability to work independently and in a team.
