Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily construction site operations to meet project schedules and deadlines
• Coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor workers’ attendance, work progress, safety compliance, and quality standards on site
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations and company procedures throughout construction activities
• Organize and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for daily site tasks
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed progress reports to management
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to maintain project timelines

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating construction site workers
• Knowledge and application of construction site safety requirements
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and follow project instructions
• Capability to work under pressure and maintain responsibility for site operations
• Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as project demands
