Role Summary:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, problem-solving Ad Operations & Data Analyst to join our APAC team. This is a hybrid role that bridges technical execution and business intelligence, and it sits at the heart of our collaboration with the US team.

The ideal candidate is not a developer or data engineer. You are a digital native who loves cracking problems, digging into data for actionable insights, and using AI tools to automate workflows. You communicate clearly and confidently in English, pick up new platforms quickly, and bring the kind of collaborative energy that keeps cross-regional teams moving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Operations (Core Execution): Own the end-to-end setup, trafficking, tracking, and troubleshooting of regional campaigns across programmatic and major digital platforms.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and deliver clear, actionable insights to internal and client stakeholders.
  • AI & Workflow Automation: Use AI tools and modern prompt engineering to streamline data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and solve operational bottlenecks.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Serve as the APAC technical anchor, aligning workflows with US time zones and collaborating closely with US-based teammates for global consistency. Strong English communication is essential to this role.
  • Data Integrity: Perform regular audits to ensure tracking fires correctly and that data remains clean across the marketing stack.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in a media agency, ad tech platform, or publisher environment.
  • Ad Tech & Platforms: Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, and GA4. Direct experience with TikTok for Business Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus.
  • Data & AI Aptitude: Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Experience with AI-assisted problem solving and data manipulation.
  • Operational Excellence: Familiarity with pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • English Fluency: Business-level written and spoken English is a hard requirement. You will be communicating daily with our US-based team, clarity, responsiveness, and confidence in English are non-negotiable.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and exceptionally flexible. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, eager to learn new platforms fast, and genuinely excited about working across time zones with a global team.
