We are seeking a skilled Technician, Moulding to join our dynamic production team. This role involves operating and maintaining moulding machines, ensuring quality output, and supporting continuous production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Job Description

• Install moulds and set up moulding machines with ancillary equipment according to work order specifications

• Monitor and document process parameters to ensure consistent, repeatable results and optimised cycle times

• Perform mould changes, handle materials and tooling with proper care and maintenance

• Respond promptly to machine alarms and address quality issues to minimise reject levels


Job Requirements

• Technical certification or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field

• Previous experience with moulding machines and manufacturing processes preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
