Responsibilities
Event Planning, Sales Delivery & Performance Tracking
Plan and execute retail events (megashows, pop-ups) with clear ownership of revenue delivery.
Align with stakeholders on event objectives, key SKUs, bundles, and promotional mechanics.
Ensure all event costings and revenue projections are accurate and kept up to date.
Track live performance (sales, conversion, traffic etc.) during events and intervene to close gaps.
Support on-ground teams to drive closing, bundle adoption, and promotion execution.
Own post-event reporting, including revenue, cost, key issues, and improvement actions.
Event Setup, Teardown & On-Ground Execution
Own end-to-end physical setup and teardown, including booth build, product display, pricing, and POSM.
Ensure execution is on time and aligned with commercial intent, including nights and weekends when required.
Conduct pre-go-live checks to ensure pricing accuracy, product readiness, and operational completeness.
Maintain consistent execution standards across all event formats.
Asset, Logistics & Operational Coordination
Manage movement, storage, and deployment of event assets, fixtures, and promotional materials.
Maintain accurate inventory of booths, fixtures, and free gifts.
Coordinate logistics across stores, warehouse, and event locations to ensure readiness.
Support stock coordination and in-store campaign rollouts where required.
Flag and resolve operational gaps that impact event execution and sales.
