Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations to maintain cleanliness, staff organization, and operational efficiency
• Promote new menu items and ongoing promotions to customers to drive sales
• Deliver quality service by addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to resolve issues and improve service
• Prepare detailed reports on sales, expenses, and stock levels for management review
• Assign duties and plan staff rosters to optimize team productivity and coverage
• Train, manage, and motivate staff to enhance performance and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards to maintain consistent food and service quality
• Monitor stock and supplies to prevent shortages and control inventory
• Maintain good housekeeping to uphold a clean and safe outlet environment
