Responsibilities
1. Catering Operations Management
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end catering operations including order management, logistics coordination, and event execution
• Ensure operational efficiency, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards
• Monitor and improve workflows, SOPs, and service processes
2. Client & Business Coordination
• Manage client communications, including requirement analysis, quotations, and service agreements
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence
• Support business development initiatives, including corporate partnerships and catering growth strategies
3. Operational Planning & Logistics
• Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and logistics teams for resource planning
• Forecast demand and manage inventory planning for catering requirements
• Oversee scheduling and deployment of manpower for events
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards across catering activities
• Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives
5. Leadership & Team Supervision
• Supervise and guide operational staff during catering activities
• Assist in manpower planning, performance monitoring, and team coordination
• Develop leadership capabilities through structured training and mentorship
6. Management Training & Development
• Participate in a structured management training programme covering operations, finance, and business strategy
• Analyze operational performance and contribute to process improvements
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management review
