Responsibilities
This role entails providing support to the floor team to deliver guests and members a wonderful dining experience.
KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES
Setting up the floor during opening and closing procedures
Guiding and training part time staff in their duties and responsibilities as floor commis
Maintaining the condiment stations
Maintaining the MEP polishing stations
Setting up the kitchen pass and manning the food running shifts
Setting up each service station with the necessary cutleries/glassware that it needs to run the operation and continually replenishing side stations
Delivering food and drinks to tables
Supporting the captains with station maintenance, clearing and resetting tables and mise en place for service
Supporting reservations with seating shifts
Managing laundry inventory and check in/out of deliveries for service
Follow club’s policies, procedures and service standards
