About the role

You'll own the production of AI-powered short dramas end-to-end - from IP and script selection through to final cut — for one of the world's fastest-growing content formats.

Backed by Tencent's IP ecosystem and a library spanning 200+ genres, you'll shape what great AI-driven storytelling looks and feels like for a global audience.

What you'll do

• Drive the full production pipeline: content planning, script and art review, quality oversight, release, and post-launch performance tracking
• Own the style, pacing, and visual or narrative identity of each series
• Curate and evaluate IPs and titles to ensure they resonate with your target audience
• Track trends across markets and continuously sharpen the content slate to maximise hit potential
• Collaborate across creative, tech, and production teams to deliver every episode to the highest bar

What you bring

• Strong familiarity with web novels, AI comic or short dramas, and the production pipelines behind them
• A background in animation, directing, screenwriting, or production — formal or self-built
• Experience in AIGC or AI-assisted production is a strong plus
• Sharp instincts for storytelling, visual language, and what audiences actually want to watch
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills
• Professional proficiency in English; bilingual English and Mandarin is a plus
