Position Title: Admin
Working Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00 am to 7.00 pm; Sat: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, and maintain project, procurement, and administrative documents.
Process quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on orders and project requirements.
Monitor and update inventory, stock records, and material movement documentation.
Assist in scheduling deliveries, site activities, meetings, and project-related arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
Assist with data entry and ensure records are updated accurately.
Support general office administration and ad-hoc duties assigned.

Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience; experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
