Job Summary

You will prepare treatment rooms and equipment, perform basic prescribed treatments, document client responses, and manage administrative tasks to support smooth healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment rooms to ensure readiness for client sessions
• Coordinate communication between clients, therapists, and other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery
• Document client responses to treatments and update client files accurately for ongoing care
• Perform basic prescribed treatments following instructions to support client health needs
• Clean and sanitize equipment, therapy areas, and change linen to maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Manage administrative duties including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments to support clinic operations
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to maintain service availability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment to enhance understanding of clinical settings
• Proficiency in office software such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express to efficiently handle administrative tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Keen attention to detail and a caring nature to ensure quality client care
