Oversee and execute monthly payroll for all staff, ensuring precision and promptness.
Address HR-related issues, including communication with government bodies such as the Immigration Department of Malaysia, the Department of Labor of Peninsular Malaysia (JTK), and other pertinent authorities.
Facilitate statutory contributions and guarantee adherence to regulations, including the Employees Provident Fund Malaysia, Social Security Organization Malaysia, and Employment Insurance System Malaysia.
Update and manage employee records, ensuring HR documentation is precise and current.
Assist in daily administrative functions and office management.
Conduct fundamental accounting and administrative duties, including entering data into the SQL Accounting system.
Generate invoices and quotations, as well as maintain customer records.
Track customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices in line with company payment policies.
Record office expenditures and ensure prompt processing of payments.
Track company cash flow (inflows/outflows) and keep accurate financial records.
Administer petty cash and ensure precise monitoring.
