  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Creative Arts, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, video production, or related fields.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and creating face-to-camera content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, scripting, editing, and production is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop content ideas, campaign concepts, and creative directions for JAM and client accounts.
  • Research social media trends, consumer insights, and platform best practices.
  • Plan content calendars and production schedules to ensure consistent content output.
  • Create scripts, captions, and content structures that drive engagement and conversions.

2. Content Production

  • Plan and coordinate content shoots, including locations, props, and talents.
  • Execute video and photo shoots independently or with support from the creative team.
  • Ensure content is produced according to campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all content.

3. Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Incorporate captions, graphics, music, transitions, and creative effects to enhance content performance.
  • Optimize content formats according to platform requirements and best practices.
  • Deliver content within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.

4. On-Screen Talent & Brand Representation

  • Act as an on-screen talent, presenter, or spokesperson for JAM and client content when required.
  • Participate in video shoots, promotional campaigns, interviews, livestream content, and marketing initiatives.
  • Build a professional and engaging on-camera presence that aligns with the Company's brand identity.
  • Be comfortable appearing regularly in videos and social media content.

5. Performance Analysis & Improvement

  • Monitor content performance metrics including views, engagement, watch time, shares, and conversions.
  • Analyze content performance and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
  • Continuously experiment with new formats, storytelling methods, and creative approaches.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, creator economy developments, and platform algorithm changes.

6. Collaboration & Campaign Execution

  • Work closely with Business Development, Livestream Operations, Graphic Design, and Management teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Support brand campaigns, product launches, livestream promotions, and special projects.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve overall content quality and business performance.
