• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of full set accounts and financial reporting.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software is a must.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial record keeping.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update accounting records using SQL Accounting Software.
• Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.
