Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the overall planning framework for all shipbuilding projects based on Yard capacity and throughput
  • Overview and optimize space utilization in Assembly areas, Erection Bays for on-going and potential tender project
  • Establish integrated master schedules (IMS) across engineering, procurement and construction, as well as across project
  • Ensure logical sequencing and interdependencies across:
  • Design & engineering
  • Procurement
  • Block fabrication and outfitting
  • Pre-erection, erection, and commissioning
  • Drive schedule optimization and critical path management

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in marine, shipyard, or EPC environment
  • Proficient in Primavera P6
  • Strong knowledge of WBS development, critical path analysis, and project scheduling
  • Experience in progress tracking, reporting, and schedule performance analysis
  • Ability to manage project risks, delays, and recovery planning
  • Familiarity with marine operations and project constraints is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of digital tools
  • Ability to lead a team of 6-8

  • Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
  • 5-day work week
  • Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
