 What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of Pokemon Trading Card Games (TCG) is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment 
• Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs
• Comfortable working weekends and public holidays when needed.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills 
• Fast learner and adaptable to new systems and processes.
• Team player with a professional work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce, gaming, or online communities.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Experience using WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through WhatsApp. 
• Provide support regarding orders, payments, shipping, and delivery updates. 
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. 
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution. 
• Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience.
• Stay updated on WhatsApp community events.
  

**This is primarily a remote (work-from-home) position. However, attendance at the office is required for meetings and other business-related activities as needed.**
