Senoko Energy Hiring! Full Time Senior Analyst (IT Infrastructure Support) in - Ricebowl

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to manage and optimize our cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will design, support, and enhance IT systems to ensure they remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. You will also lead infrastructure solutioning and project delivery, working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure across production, staging, QA, DR, and development environments
• Oversee provisioning, scaling, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery of IT systems
• Ensure systems meet Security-By-Design (SBD) and cybersecurity requirements
• Manage IT operations including patching, upgrades, backups, and system monitoring
• Lead infrastructure projects — from solution design to implementation — ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Manage vendors, contractors, and IT infrastructure budgets

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system support
• Experience in cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and infrastructure project delivery
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and system operations
