This work-from-office role is a pure hunting and lead generation position focused entirely on identifying, prospecting, and winning new client accounts within the Banking, Tech, and BPO sectors across Singapore, Malaysia, and other APAC markets.
Job SummaryThe Regional BDE will act as a dedicated hunter, driving the top of the sales funnel and converting cold prospects into active regional accounts. Operating fully from our regional office, you will leverage cold outreach, data-driven prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Outbound Hunting: Generate a high volume of new business leads through systematic cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
- New Business Pitching: Set up and lead introductory meetings with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, and C-Suite executives to pitch our staffing solutions.
- Sector Penetration: Map out the corporate landscape of the Banking, Tech, and BPO industries in Singapore and Malaysia to identify unrepresented prospects.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs), commercial terms, and initial client fees before handing the account over to fulfillment teams.
- Multilingual Prospecting: Conduct sales outreach and deliver high-impact pitches in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa to connect with regional decision-makers.
- Office Collaboration: Align daily with internal delivery heads to verify that newly generated job orders can be immediately fulfilled by our recruitment teams.
Requirements & Qualifications- Hunting Mindset: Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in staffing, with a proven track record of cold lead generation and closing new logos.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience selling recruitment solutions directly to Tech companies, financial institutions, or high-volume BPO hubs.
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred to independently prospect and pitch across APAC markets.
- Resilience & Drive: High comfort level with cold outreach, overcoming gatekeepers, and hitting daily activity metrics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- New Logos Won: Number of brand-new client contracts (MSAs) signed per quarter.
