Our Opening and Your Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Encompass a range of activities centered around customer engagement, lead generation, and coordinating with field sales representatives to schedule visits with targeted potential clients.
  • Prospecting for and identifying new leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries, thoroughly understanding customer needs, and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities using CRM tools, order resolution and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies and pipeline management.


Specific Roles:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure, coordinating closely with marketing and field sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns that effectively communicate MT's core values, customized to meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements and feedback are communicated and addressed.
  • Achieve assigned performance indicator and contribute to team revenue goals.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide relevant information and value to customers.
  • Consistently update CRM expertise to offer accurate guidance and timely resolution for order processing inquiries.
  • Provide timely reports on pipeline status, market trends, and competitor activity to sales leadership.


What You Need to Succeed


Mandatory:

  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Chemical/Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach


Preferred:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a technical sales environment
  • Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills
