Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Johor Bahru for a Junior Sales Executive. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting product presentations, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining long-term partnerships. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, achieving sales targets, and staying updated with market trends to effectively promote our products and services. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is a key element of this role.

Qualifications

• Sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify and engage new customers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of industrial solutions, asset protection, and corrosion resistance products (is a plus but not mandatory)
• Analytical skills for market research and sales performance assessment
• Proficiency in using standard office software (experience in Million is a plus)
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Prior sales experience in industrial sectors or a related field is an advantage
