• Support Mortgage Acquisition Product Managers in planning and executing end-to-end product initiatives for retail and wealth segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as new business, marketing, and business analytics—to drive product development activities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging industry trends.
• Develop, enhance, and optimize home loan products and services using market insights and customer feedback.
