HR Assistant Manager
Responsibilities - Recruitment & HRBP:
Talent Acquisition (Execution Focus)
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Hong Kong team, covering sourcing, interview, offer negotiation, and closing, to meet the headcount targets for a 200-strong workforce.
Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding: Design and execute campus recruitment strategies and manage employer branding initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline and attract top-tier candidates.
Collaboration with SSC: Work seamlessly with the SSC Hiring Administrator in Dalian to ensure efficient process flow, data accuracy, and a consistent candidate experience .
HR Business Partnering (Strategic Focus)
Employee Relations & Support: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for 200 colleagues, providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and day-to-day HR operations.
Onboarding & Development: Oversee the onboarding process and organize orientation training. Partner with leaders on employee development, engagement surveys, and retention strategies.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a true business partner to the leadership team, understanding their strategic goals and providing HR insights to support organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
Ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR experience, with a solid track record in both full-cycle recruitment and generalist HR operations.
Proven ability to balance competing priorities: Comfortable shifting between high-volume recruitment tasks and strategic HR projects with equal proficiency.
Exceptional Communication & Influencing Skills: Ability to build strong trust with hiring managers and employees, while effectively collaborating with the Dalian SSC team.
Resilience under Pressure: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a 50/50 workload split without compromising on quality.
Cross-Cultural Awareness: Experience working in a matrixed environment with remote teams (specifically with Mainland/Dalian teams) is highly preferred.
Language: Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
