ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

• Registered Architect (HKIA) with min 2 years’ post qualification experience (for the post of Architect). Candidate with less experience will be considered as Architectural Assistant
• Well-versed with local building regulations, preparation of general building plans and construction drawings
• Proficient in contract administration and production of construction drawings
• Work with the team for other ad hoc assignments
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software
• Computer skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up, Illustrator, InDesign
