Carmel School is a leading international IB Continuum World School accredited by WASC and the IB to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP).
We are looking for the Shadow Support Facilitators (Full-Time / Part-Time) to join our Elementary School located at Mid-Levels in mid-August 2026.
Shadow Support Facilitator (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Job Duties

To provide a one-to-one learning and behavioral/emotional support to the student

To help the student to understand instructions during the lessons

To encourage the student to participate the regular classroom activities

Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder, preferred with major in Psychology, Counselling or Special Needs Education

Solid experience is an asset

Fluent spoken and written English
