Job Summary:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Location: Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and process customer orders
• Coordinate samples and track production timelines
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to manage schedules
• Prepare quotes, tenders, POs, DOs, and other paperwork
• Enter data and keep records up to date
• Plan and arrange delivery schedules

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in administrative duties and documentation
