• Basic up to $4,000 + AWS + VB
• 5 days a week (no fixed off on weekends, 8 hours per day excluding break)
• Location: City Hall

Required to travel to China for training during the first month of employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of store computers, networks, surveillance systems, and server equipment.
• Ensure network stability and availability within business premises and promptly contact headquarters for support when encountering unresolved issues.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and promptly repair audiovisual systems, including sound systems, lighting, and display equipment in KTV rooms, ensuring optimal operation for enhanced customer experience.
• Conduct regular performance tests and optimizations on audiovisual equipment, adjusting settings as needed to improve performance and stability.
• Assist in the selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning of new audiovisual equipment, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
• Maintain stable operation of KTV systems, including the song selection system, membership management system, and POS system, resolving system failures and data anomalies in a timely manner.
• Manage system data backups, recovery, and security to ensure data integrity and prevent data loss or breaches.
• Collaborate with the development team for system upgrades and optimizations, collect user feedback, and propose improvements to enhance usability and functionality.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the IT field.
• Familiarity with the principles and operation of various sound, lighting, and display equipment.
