  • Basic up to $6,000 + AWS + Bonus
  • Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)
  • Location : Tuas

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage project phases such as assembly, testing, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance for marine, power generation, petroleum, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Provide product service support for diesel and gas engines.
  • Assist with project design, tendering, contract review, scheduling, purchasing, and shipment of marine and oil & gas engines and related systems.
  • Perform installation audits and ensure equipment follows manufacturer guidelines, generating required reports.
  • Conduct pre-commissioning, commissioning, and sea-trial activities at customer sites.
  • Supervise engine and generator set assembly, inspections, and testing in the workshop.
  • Configure engine settings to meet specifications and use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot engine malfunctions.
  • Investigate issues, interpret error codes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee engine disassembly, repairs, and component replacements.
  • Calibrate systems for optimal performance and conduct functional tests on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Perform dyno/load testing and maintain records of inspections, repairs, and testing results.
  • Generate technical reports, provide training, and offer remote/on-site technical support.
  • Attend engineering meetings and inspections in Singapore or overseas.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Possess a diploma/degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering 
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related industry
  • Strong understanding of diesel and gas engine principles, components and systems 
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting engine issues 
  • Able to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and engineering drawings
