We are a well-established engineering and construction company with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and professional services. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced working environment.

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience
• Experience in construction, engineering or contractor companies is preferred
• Familiar with payroll processing, MPF and bookkeeping procedures
• Knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Responsible, well-organised and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an advantage:

• Subcontractor payment processing
• Progress payment applications
• Retention money records
• Construction project cost tracking
• Liaising with external auditors and accountants

Pay: From $27,000.00 per month
