Location: Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong

This role requires full-time on-site attendance at our Hong Kong office, five days per week.

The opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Samples & Office Support CoOrdinator to join our Hong Kong team.

This role plays a key part in supporting the daytoday running of our sample operations and office environment, ensuring everything is wellmanaged, accurate and running smoothly.


You'll work closely with global and local teams, coordinating sample activity, supporting facilities and office operations, and helping to keep things on track behind the scenes.


We're looking for someone with strong administration experience, who brings a logical, solutionsfocused approach, is comfortable working independently and is confident managing priorities while identifying and resolving issues as they arise.


What are key duties of the role?

Sample Coordination

Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing sample orders and shipments across global teams and suppliers

Receive, check and reconcile shipments against trackers and documentation

Maintain accurate stock records and sample movements using internal systems

Pick, pack and dispatch domestic and international samples using approved 3rd party couriers

Track deliveries and resolve delays, discrepancies or issues

Maintain trackers and records to support sales, sourcing, compliance and finance teams

Support stock takes and inventory control across sample areas [

Facilities & Office Support

Provide onsite facilities coordination for the Hong Kong office

Act as a key point of contact for office operations and services

Support Health & Safety processes and compliance activities

Coordinate routine maintenance and servicing of office equipment

Support HR and IT with onboarding activities such as workstation setup

Deliver a professional frontofhouse experience for visitors and partners

Manage general office administration including post, couriers and supplies

Assist with internal events and adhoc office support activities


What we need you to bring to the team:

Strong administration experience, with the ability to manage processes, records and documentation accurately

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with confidence managing multiple priorities

A logical, methodical approach to tasks, with the ability to identify issues and find practical solutions

Confidence working independently, taking ownership of tasks and using initiative to keep things running smoothly

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with both local and international teams

Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets and internal tools to maintain accurate data and records

A proactive and reliable approach, with a willingness to support across a variety of operational and office activities
