Responsibilities:

Program Overview

Chief Group is seeking high-potential fresh graduates to join our Functional Trainee Programme. This programme adopts a "Direct Placement" model, designed to build deep technical expertise in specific financial functions from Day 1.

While the initial intake will prioritize our Equity & Derivative Dealing as well as Operations & Settlement stream, this programme comes with a group-wide initiative. We are looking for future key personnels across various core business functions to support the Group's long-term strategic growth.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.

  • Meticulous, analytical, and strong stress tolerance for fast-paced environments.
• Language: Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
