Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Room Attendants to maintain guest rooms and hotel corridors to the highest standards of cleanliness and order, ensuring guest safety and comfort.

• Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks effectively to ensure timely and efficient turnover of guest rooms.

• Verify that all floor pantries are stocked with sufficient supplies.

• Perform inspections of rooms cleaned by Room Attendants using the designated room inspection checklist.

• Notify the Housekeeper of any maintenance concerns within the assigned area.
