• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Architecture, Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying, Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Candidate with substantial QS experience and managing a team, will be hired as Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Excellent wirtten and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge/Experience in SAP advantageous
• Meticulous, ability to work as a team and independently.

Job Scope:

• Key driver for reviewing tender and contract documents
• Responsible for setup, implementation and monitor costing plan
• Prepares sales order and quotation.
• Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
