Compensation: Significant Co-Founder Equity

We are building a proptech startup disrupting the massive cross-border real estate market in Southeast Asia. We are building the pure-play software infrastructure that automates B2B workflows and unlocks hidden network liquidity for a multi-billion-dollar industry. Initial market validation with our early prototype from potential clients is incredibly positive. Now, we need a strategic financial and operational co-pilot to co-lead the charge.

We are looking for a commercial builder and a true partner to navigate the zero-to-one scale phase. Personal alignment, execution grit, and shared drive are paramount:

• Strategic Capital Raiser: You have a battle-tested track record in fundraising and investor relations. You know how to structure venture deals, build institutional relationships, and lead us through upcoming seed and institutional rounds.
• Operational Architect: You thrive in building early-stage operational infrastructure. You can design financial models, manage runway with extreme capital efficiency, and build out scaling processes across a lean regional team.
• Guardianship & Compliance Mindset: You aren't afraid of complex legal setups. You will own our corporate and legal framework, ensuring water-tight, multi-jurisdictional compliance across Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
  

• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, venture capital, investment banking, or as a CFO/COO in a fast-growing startup.
• Deep understanding of venture math, cap table management, and setting up international corporate structures.
• Based in or deeply connected to the Southeast Asian tech ecosystem, with a solid network of regional angel and VC contacts.
  

• Meaningful founding equity stake and a direct hand in shaping the company's trajectory, commercial strategy, and ultimate exit.
• A validated, high-upside business model targeting a massive, underserved vacuum in the region.
