Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Singapore for the Management Associate Program. Associates will engage in hands-on learning across key business functions, focusing on leadership development, project management, and strategic execution. Responsibilities include analyzing business challenges, contributing to financial planning, managing cross-functional projects, and participating in training sessions to foster professional growth. Associates will work closely with senior leaders and teams to drive impactful business decisions and enhance processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and presentations across teams
  • Basic understanding or background in Finance to align with business strategies
  • Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee diverse initiatives
  • Interest in Training and development activities to grow in leadership and managerial roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in financial services or related industries is advantageous
