Job Description
Responsibilities
• Manage a wide spectrum of activities including customer service, coordination, invoicing, and administrative duties.
• Process and issue debit notes to vendors.
• Update and monitor payments in case of double payment.
• Use SAP daily to process payments, invoices, and related transactions.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, seminars, and workshops.
• Manage flight, hotel, and car bookings, visa applications, filing, and ticketing.
• Act as the key contact person for external parties such as travel agents and hotels.
• Send out weekly newsletters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist and support team members with administrative tasks when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Diploma holders or candidates with more than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills; meticulous and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of SAP and trade administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willing and able to work overtime when required.
