Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Tax Director with:
• Topics research and material collection
• Script compilation
• Creation of PPT slides
• Document links compilation
• Video filming (setup, actual filming, editing)
• Marketing tasks:
• Uploading the formatted video to website and App
• Creation of email notification
• Mass email distribution
• Promotion in various social media platforms
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks such as contact uploading to database, mailbox maintenance, customer services, troubleshoots, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree 
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills
• Experience and confident in meeting tight deadlines and multi-tasking
• Strong technical skills - advanced level in PowerPoint and Excel, and knowledge of video editing is an advantage
• Assertive, self-motivated, team player with a high level of independence
