Responsibilities

Purpose of the position


  • The Project Manager is accountable for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of IC and 3rd parties projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • The role serves as the single point of accountability for project performance, integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, while managing stakeholders, risks, and contractual obligations to achieve business and customer objectives


What you'll be doing


Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of EPC projects from kickoff to handover
  • Develop and maintain project execution plan, schedule, and budget
  • Ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
  • Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Full adherence to Linde HSE policy and full compliance with all HSE regulations
  • Drive HSE performance across contractors and internal teams
  • Promote safe design and construction practices

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as primary interface with client (internal or external) and key stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction

Procurement & Contractor Management

  • Oversee subcontracting strategy and monitor construction contract award to suitable contractors in timely manner within approved budget.
  • Oversee construction progress, including HSE and quality performance.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to technical specifications, codes, and standards
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and approvals

Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional project team across multiple disciplines
  • Drive accountability, collaboration, and performance
  • Mentor and develop project team members
  • Ad-hoc assignment from line manager.



What we're looking for


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil or equivalent)
  • Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or Project Management) is an added advantage
  • 10–15 years of experience in EPC / industrial project execution
  • At least 5–8 years in a Project Manager role leading large or complex projects
  • Proven track record in delivering projects with values typically USD 20M–200M+ (adjust based on your org scale)
  • Experience in full EPC lifecycle: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
  • Exposure to ASEAN / multi-country project execution and regulatory environments preferred
  • Experience in industries such as industrial gases, oil & gas, petrochemicals, energy, or infrastructure
