  • Review site readings and follow up on missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data
  • Review HVAC drawings, schematics, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and equipment schedules
  • Prepare AutoCAD markups for TAB points, equipment references, valves, grilles, diffusers, dampers, and system zoning
  • Prepare method statements, ITPs, calibration records, instrument lists, report templates, and technical submissions
  • Track client comments, submissions, resubmissions, approvals, and pending documents
  • Maintain proper project files in SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Coordinate with the TAB Manager, Senior TAB Engineers, TAB Engineers, Project Coordinator, and clients
  • Support project progress tracking, report status updates, and project close-out documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, TAB, testing and commissioning, technical office, or project documentation
  • Fresh graduates with strong AutoCAD, Excel, and documentation skills may apply
  • Able to read HVAC drawings, schematics, equipment schedules, and technical documents
  • Basic understanding of AHU, FCU, MAU, VAV, exhaust systems, pumps, valves, grilles, diffusers, dampers, and chilled water systems
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PDF markup tools
  • Good attention to detail, follow-up ability, and communication skills
