A leading FMCG company with a strong presence in Malaysia is currently hiring an experienced FP&A Manager to be a part of their finance strategic team.

Your new role

• Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business reviews
• Provide actionable insights on financial performance, including revenue, margins, and cost drivers
• Conduct variance analysis across operational costs, headcount, and profitability metrics
• Support strategic planning through annual operating plans and mid-term financial projections
• Evaluate business initiatives (e.g. new products, pricing, transfer pricing) and identify risks
• Drive process improvements, ensure reporting compliance, and support regional finance operations

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent)
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, with exposure to FP&A functions
• Background in manufacturing, trading, or FMCG sectors preferred
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a focus on data-driven insights
