Responsibilities
Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to handle overtime (OT) and claims compilation, verification, and data management. The daily tasks include extracting data from Excel, cleaning, verifying, and maintaining accurate records.
Criteria:
Experience in administrative support, data entry, or similar roles preferred.
Experience with Excel and data management is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, data cleaning).
Basic understanding of OT and claims processes (training will be provided).
High level of accuracy and thoroughness in data verification and cleanup.
Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve data issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
Strong time management skills to meet daily deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with team members and assist with queries.
Reliable and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data.
