Are you passionate about property management and building operations? Join our Property Management team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial/strata properties.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the building, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and facilities management.
Oversee tenant relations by addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate tenants' fit-out, renovation, reinstatement, and moving in/out activities.
Liaise with relevant local authorities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, building regulations, and safety standards.
Supervise and monitor the performance of outsourced contractors and service providers.
Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs.
Assist in budget preparation, financial monitoring, and expenditure control for building operations.
Conduct regular building inspections and ensure common areas are maintained to a high standard.
Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to building operations, maintenance activities, and tenant matters.
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial property, building, or facilities management.
Knowledge of building maintenance, statutory compliance, and contract management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
