• Coordinate and manage import and export shipments via air and sea freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

• Prepare and monitor shipping documentation and ensure compliance with operational requirements.

• Work closely with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and other service partners to secure bookings and maintain strong business relationships.

• Negotiate and coordinate shipment arrangements to meet customer requirements.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up with vendors, carriers, and transport companies to ensure on-time delivery.

• Address shipment delays, issues, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Prepare billing, invoicing, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain proper records and support payment processing and reconciliation activities.

• Candidates with SPM, STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

• Experience in handling import and export shipments is preferred.

• Strong understanding of air and sea freight forwarding processes and shipping documentation.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to facilitate effective communication with clients, suppliers, and business partners.

• Hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
