As a Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will lead the integrated sales forecasting and collaborative planning processes to deliver a robust, unbiased operational demand and supply plan.

• Own and lead the demand and supply planning functions to ensure optimal product availability while maintaining targeted inventory levels.

• Drive the sales and operations planning process across commercial, marketing, and corporate finance teams to achieve an aligned consensus plan.

• Enhance forecasting metrics by executing robust root-cause analyses on planning variances and implementing definitive cross-functional corrective plans.

• Direct the stock replenishment, inventory management, and value-added services planning workflows in alignment with logistics targets.

• Partner directly with external logistics providers, co-packers, and overseas production centres to synchronise production capabilities with local demand pipelines.

skills and experience required.

• A bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification combined with at least eight years of forecasting or replenishment experience within the consumer goods sector.

• A minimum of three years of experience executing duties at a management level, including direct team supervision and leadership.

• Prior experience managing structured sales and operations planning cycles with multiple commercial business partners.

• Solid competency utilising core business reporting software including advanced spreadsheets, data visualisation systems, and tier-1 ERP systems.

• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities to manage integration across internal commercial teams and external logistics providers.
