Job Responsibilities:
1. Worked in all section, preparation of food vegetable, pastry & meat item.
2. Assist chef de partie & demi chef do production main course hot item, dessert pastry & cold kitchen area.
3. Daily do production, cutting preparations food and cleanliness & hygiene.
4. Responsible do opening & closing follow schedule roster duty
5. Make sure all ingredient or item ready before business operation start. Follow assignment daily given by head chef.
6. Check balance stock or ingredients and fill up market list form for daily market order.
7. Follow assignment given by each section, will be assign position in kitchen.
8. Ability to handle work well under pressure and patience.
