Responsibilities

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will provide technical service and support on Company product applications, product trial runs, troubleshooting and technical consultation to customer / Industry.

A day in the life of...

  • To understand the needs of the key accounts to propose suitable solutions based on requirement.

  • Contains interpreting and explaining high sophisticated technical material to end users, sales person, clients, concentrating on revealing how a product can solve specific problems.

  • Provide technical / product training for sales people, consultant, engineers and end users at targeted accounts.

  • Technical Engineer install and configure product applications.

  • Technical Engineer require maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications.

  • Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

  • Provide design and specification development support to consultants, integrators, and distributors.

  • To enhance customer service satisfaction.

  • Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.

  • Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with company mission, values and financial objectives.

  • On site Fan Filter Unit setup , software setup, testing & commissioning, provide total solution, technical support, and etc.

  • Travel to plan sites to preform start up, integration and training services.

  • Other assigned duties as required by superior / management from time to time.

What will make you successful

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 1 - 2 years’ working experience in in Air Filtration Equipment, Cleanroom or HVAC industry. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work independently.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

  • Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.

  • Systematic & positive problem-solving approach.

  • Available for Travel Oversea 25% & must be able to travel at short notice.
