Production Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee and support the daily operations of our production line. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes, strict compliance with food safety and quality standards and optimal resource utilization to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.

• Monitor production processes and equipment to maintain product consistency while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).

• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, material usage and waste for reporting and performance analysis.

• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation and food safety regulations across the production area.

• Train, guide, and evaluate production supervisors, team leaders and operators to ensure competency and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs and optimize operational efficiency.

• Support raw material planning and coordinate with inventory teams to prevent production disruptions.

• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in food processing or dairy manufacturing.

• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment such as evaporators, sterilizers, homogenizers and filling machines is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP).

• Proficient in production planning, data analysis and reporting.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work irregular hours when required to manage production demands or emergencies.

• Willingness to be based in Telok Panglima Garang.
