Responsibilities
HIRING OBJECTIVE:-
To ensure the good flow operation of the human resource department
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
To carrying out and coordinating payroll process that include attendance checking, payroll generating & submission, government statutory payment and make sure comply to the regulation
To manage the foreigners workers permit renewal, foreign worker general administration, applying of new hiring quota & hostel management
To arrange the hiring process that include advertising of vacancy to attract candidates, arranging interview and ensure the hiring process is comply to Madura standard
Managing and coordinating the Company employees compensation & benefits policies and procedures
Assisting in administration of all HR related policies and procedures
To review , verify & monitor the Office admin job task
FACT ABOUT YOUR JOB:-
We are using the HR2000 for Payroll, Ingress for Time Attendance
We are using curved 27inch monitor with high specification cpu that smooth your computer operating
REQUIREMENT:-
Minimum 3 years of relevant human resource experience in similar capacity
Experience with the salary generate and the government system
Able to communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia
Has experience in handling and communicate with foreigners workers
