Redmark Industry Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian supplier of testing equipment, laboratory instruments, industrial systems, and automation solutions. We support customers from various industries including manufacturing, automotive, plastics, rubber, packaging, food, electronics, QA/QC, R&D, and production.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated candidates to join us as Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and supporting customers with suitable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new customers in manufacturing, laboratory, QA/QC, R&D, and industrial sectors.

  • Follow up with existing customers and maintain long-term business relationships.

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable equipment or technical solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, product comparisons, and basic technical presentations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal teams for pricing, specifications, and delivery matters.

  • Conduct product presentations, customer visits, and site discussions when required.

  • Follow up on enquiries, tenders, projects, and quotation status.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company business growth.

  • Update customer records, sales activities, and project status regularly.

Products / Solutions Involved

You may be involved in selling and supporting various equipment such as:

  • Testing machines and laboratory equipment

  • Environmental chambers, ovens, and industrial heating systems

  • Measuring instruments and inspection tools

  • QA/QC and R&D equipment

  • Automation, vision inspection, and process monitoring systems

  • Industrial and manufacturing support equipment

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Experience in technical sales, B2B sales, industrial sales, laboratory equipment, QA/QC, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Able to understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.

  • Independent, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.

  • Good attitude, responsible, and target-oriented.

  • Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage for roles covering certain customer segments.
