Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, and structured spreadsheet design

• Experience developing and maintaining estimating templates, cost databases, and rate libraries

• Ability to manage automated take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

• Proven experience auditing, troubleshooting, and improving estimating spreadsheets and systems

• Strong process management and continuous improvement mindset

• Experience implementing estimating workflows, QA processes, and standardisation practices

• Understanding of construction estimating, tendering, cost planning, and quantity surveying principles will be an added advantage

• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify pricing risks, analyse cost trends, and support margin control

• Strong communication and supplier management skills, including subcontractor coordination and RFQ management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and management skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying will be an added advantage
